Following Up On A Contact Request
A correction can be considered when the message clearly identifies the affected page and the information that appears wrong. Search reports can lead to a catalog correction when an app name, slug, or image is mismatched. A public change may require additional review before it appears on the website.
What Not To Include In A Message
An email address may be needed to identify a contact request, subscription, FAQ question, or review connected to the requester. FAQ questions are stored for review and are not automatically added to the public FAQ page. Do not use the form to expose another person’s private information.
